Send Your Samples
Kindly fulfill the following must have requirements before sending your samples.
1. Large primary feathers (6-7) for each bird (see video)
2. Paste/place the sample information label with all filled information (download)

- Owner name
- WhatsApp/mobile
- Bird species
- Bird id/Leg band
3. If more than 5 samples then kindly must fill and send sample record sheet (download). Please must take a copy for cross verification and your own records.
4. When package is ready send at following address:
5. Kindly enter the tracking details in your account dashboard after shipping. This will help us to track and update you about your samples when received in our lab.
6. You can check the status of your samples in account dashboard. Once it has been received it will be updated in your account.

Results
1. Click on ‘’Results’’

3. Check the status.

Results Terms

Rejected: sample is rejected (you need to send fresh sample) because no results generated after two times of processing. Rejection reason can any of the following or other:
Poor quality of sample /very small feathers/ dirty envelops/ improper labelling/duplicate information (two samples of same identity).
